So all of a sudden 9mo sleeps through from and average of 6.30pm until 4.45am.

I use the Huckleberry app for her nap times but do stretch a bit beyond those timings sometimes so most of the time she naps then at 8ish for an hour and 1pm ish for an hour and a half. If I'm especially tired like I am this morning I resettle her during her first nap when she wakes to get it to an hour and a half.

How do I get her to sleep longer and wake up for the day later? I've read quite a bit on here and tried it but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Anyone been in the same position and worked it out? She physically won't drink more milk or eat more. She can army crawl shoes distances only.

Is my only option trying a dream feed? Do I do this pre midnight or say set an alarm for 4am?!

Does she seem upset when she wakes up? She might just not need that much sleep? It sounds like a good 12.5 hours ish total?
my DD never slept as long as they said during the day... she's now 11 months and usually has two naps of 25-45 mins each! And has been for a while!

Yeah she's happy, it's more that I'd wish she woke later not necessarily slept more hours in 24, just had a later schedule.

Have you tried moving bedtime later? Shift it slowly, 15 minutes later each day, and the naps too. 6:30pm is a very early bedtime!
