Hi

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this, or experienced it with their LO.

My 7 month old has never been a great sleeper but recently her sleep has got worse. We are able to put her down in her cot at the beginning of the night but within 30 minutes/ 45 minutes she stirs and wakes screaming. She will continue until picked up but then she will kick her legs, arch her back and it takes a while to settle. Once settle trying to put her back down will wake her and she screams again.

This will go on for throughout the night. She will wake every 30 minutes up until 11ish then she will sleep for about an hour and half/2 hours.

To gain any sleep she will often sleep in our arms or next to us. I can not do the cry it out self settling as it triggers my anxiety.
