Help! Frequent waking

Hi all,

So DS is 19 weeks and we had a few glorious nights about a week ago where he was sleeping 10 hour stretches. I finally felt human.

However, this week, he’s just being a terrible sleeper. We haven’t changed anything in our routine so I’m wondering if it’s teething pain?

Typically, bedtime will be between 7-7:30pm, then he will wake for a feed at around 1-2am (which is still a good stretch of sleep) but then from 2-6am he wakes every 45-60 mins crying! Then is up for the day at 7am.

I’ve tried feeding him but he isn’t hungry at that time, I’ve tried leaving him to whimper a bit but that could go on for longer than an hour and then me and DH can’t sleep! He only sleeps if I hold him.

I’ve really tried to get his daytime naps into some sort of routine but it honestly seems to make zero difference.

Any tips???
