My two week old won't sleep

Hi
I have a two week old and we've discovered he haaates sleeping on his back. We've tried everything you could think of and he either cries until we pick him up or he won't sleep at all.
At the moment he's sleeping on his tummy on me in bed after Iv fed him (bf) he'll sleep for hours on his tummy but just not even shut his eyes when on his back.
Has anyone had the same issue? Does anyone suggest anything to help?
Thankyou Smile

Sleeping on the tummy is usually more comfortable. Not a lot of adults sleep flat on their back. But it’s not safe. It might be that he has reflux as well which makes it harder for him to sleep on his back. I would hold him upright after feeds and then gently put him down. Swaddling might help as well.
