Feeling pretty tired recently keep waking up in the night just taken two tablets usually I would only take one. Do you think I would die? Or be sick..

What tablets have you taken?

With a few exceptions, it's highly unlikely they'll kill you, or even make you sick.

Your fine, relax. Listen to music or download a calming app. Sound like you need to chill

Nytol is 25mg diphenhydramine. 50mg is still a safe dose, so two tablets is not going to make you unwell.

It might be worth having a chat with your GP to get some help with how you're feeling?

I think the One-A-Night are 50mg.

I concur with speaking to your GP OP.

The max dose is 100mg or 300 in 24 hours
