Hi,
My 1 year old goes to bed at 7:30, she goes to bed perfectly fine but around 12-1am she wakes up crying, as soon as I go in the room she lays down and goes back to sleep but when I leave her room less than 5 minutes she's awake and crying again. She doesn't want a bottle or a cuddle she just wants me in the room with her and I don't know why as she's normally a good sleeper this has started happening 6 days ago and I don't know what's up with her as I can't leave her room until she's in a deep sleep which could take up to 2 hours. It's like she's scared to be in there on her own. I'm exhausted and was wondering if anyone else has been through this and knows of anything that can help me with this
