Newborn help - nighttime sleep

Hi all, I have a 19 day old and for the last 4-5 nights like clockwork wakes 12pm-2am and 5am-7am. Starts with normal nappy change and feed for 30 mins starts falling asleep and all of a sudden eyes wide open and extremely fussing bobbing head and hitting and crying. Can tell she is so tired but resisting? Any advice please? She is breastfed and no issues in the day.

No advice but a hand hold. At that age, newborn sleep is rubbish and you just have to power through. Get sleep wherever you can (easier said than done I know). It WILL get better.

Make sure (if you're not already) that night time feeds are quiet, dark, and boring. Do everything you can to differentiate between daytime and nighttime. They will get the hang of it but in the meantime it's tough!
