12 week old night time sleep

My baby gets very grumpy from 6pm onwards despite napping well in the day. She struggles to settle to sleep downstairs and realistically wants to go to bed in a dark, quiet room. I don't know whether its best to just go with it and put her to bed at 7pm (with one of us staying with her) or stretch her out until later.
By putting her to bed early I'm worried her longest stretch of sleep will finish before midnight, making for a very long night of wake ups post midnight.Really struggling to know what to do for the best!

At that age just go with the flow, whatever gets you the most sleep. It will all change in a month.

I used to do a feed at 11 from 8 weeks and then get the big chunk of sleep during the night.

We found this and just put him to bed. A few wakes between 7 and 8 but we hold and pat to sleep and put him down again. Wake at 1030 for nappy and feed and he sleeps fine. Only 8 weeks and has basically asked for bedtime from 6 weeks. Fine by us!!
