7.5 month old sleep troubles

Hi,

I've had a serial cat napping from about 3 months but for the last 6 weeks I've managed to achieve longer naps by stroking her cheek on the first sign of waking up (naps in cot). Does anyone have any advice as to when she should be able to stay asleep on her own? She can only do 30 minutes anywhere except her cot so it's quite tough if I'm out for the day.

Secondly we've been waking at 4am for the past 4 nights and not going back to sleep until 5.30am. Does this sound like 8 month sleep regression? Any tips to get through it or is it as simple as just riding it out? This morning I ended up giving her a bottle but she still didn't go to sleep for another 30 mins

Thanks in advance

I have mastered a few bits with her sleep. Sadly never napping more then one sleep cycle when we're out. So literally at 1030am I'm out the door and have a packed lunch unless going out for lunch, and I be back for 130pm to give a bottle change and pop to bed at 2pm.

If I'm not back home now and again, I take it as it is but know it be an overtired settling for bedtime, she can't do it on a regular basis seeing as she's now a belly sleeper and sleeping in pram is non existent now, without lots of tears.

It could be waking at 430pm as lo is cold? Or perhaps overtired? Hungry?
