Nursery sleep

Nursery question!
I went back to work today and DS (9 months) is in nursery - he slept really badly last night (split night was up 1-4am) and when he went to nursery they put him for a nap really early (8:50am when he’d woken up this morning at 7:10) and then his second nap was really early (finished at 1:45) and we had to put him to bed at 6pm - I did tell them his normal naps are around 10 and 2 - do you think I can ask them again or should I just go with the flow??
Any advice from other nursery babies/mums is very very welcome!

Maybe he was tired? Can't really expect them to keep him awake.

Just ask them. Maybe also ask them if there was a reason why they put him down early...it might be to fit around their meal times.
