Sleeping on a pillow

My baby is 2 weeks old and will only sleep when placed on a pillow, he hates being put in his cots. I'm hoping someone could help with any advice on something to buy that is safe for him to sleep on. I know he can't sleep on a pillow at night as I can't watch him. I'm happy to spend whatever it takes to get some rest 😂

Unfortunately nothing. Far too young.

Have you tried a swaddle for night time ?
It was the only way mine would sleep for the first 12 weeks and then we went to sleeping bags.
Also a dummy helped here

is his cot cold?
we resorted to a hot water bottle placed in baby's cot to warm it up.
also putting a towel under the sheet seemed to help, made it feel warmer/softer.
