Hi all, I have a 7 week old bub who is still being swaddled for bedtime and naps as she's such a fidget and ends up flinging her arms up to her face and waking herself up.
Just very aware that she can't be swaddled when she starts trying to roll over so wandering if anyone has any solutions? I've heard of a swaddle up but are they safe?
