Rolling and sleep regression 😬

Hi all.
My LG hit a sleep regression at 3 months and has been waking up from 45mins (bad night) to 2 hours (good night) ever since. She turns 5 months next week so it's been weeeeks! She is also feeding 2 hourly through the night but goes 4-5 hours in the day between feeds.
She learnt to roll from back to tummy in the last few days which I thought would help with the regression but it made it worse and she now rolls around all over the place in the night 🤦🏼‍♀️
Has anyone got any advice on how to reverse her feeding cycle, and on how long this regression might last...or is this it now forever??!!!

No advice sadly as we’re in exactly the same boat. Two months and counting of hourly wakings with the odd night of DD awake and not able to be soothed for 3 hours on end. It’s exhausting, I know. We’re planning to sleep train at 6 months. There’s lots of us over on the big sleep regression thread, come and join!
