Hi all,
My 3 month old baby has never been a great sleeper day or night. Have been working really hard on day time naps and am starting to see some progress (in pram or sling) which is great.
At nighttime, she is tending to sleep for (at its longest) 2 1/2 hours. She will then feed and go back to sleep without much difficulty, but I am struggling to get back as easily (we co-sleep). Once or twice she has had a 4 hour stretch but this is most definitely a rarity. She is too young to sleep train, so just wondering if others have done anything at this age which has helped. I do not think this is 4 month sleep regression as has been her pattern for months (I fully expect it may get worse with the regression!).
Thanks in advance :)
P.s in case helpful:
- we have a bedtime routine every night and rock her to sleep
- she is breastfed but I give her a bottle of formula as part of night time routine
- we are about to transition out of swaddle
