Hello wise ones of MN
I have a problem. My DD went through a regression/teething/cold and she now gets enough sleep but her schedule is out of sync. She used to sleep around 7.30pm and wake up for the day at 6.30/7am (with a few wake ups in the night). Last few days she has been starting her day at 10am (even 11 once!) And so bedtime is considerably late, like 10pm.

Here is where I need your help!!!!!

She woke up this morning around 10ish. She started yawning about 20 mins ago so I've JUST put her down for a nap. Usually she will go for 60-90 mins. But I know if I let her have her full nap, it'll be late to bed again. WHAT DO I DO? I couldn't keep her up any longer. Do I wake her after 30-40 mins? And then deal with the crankiness until 7ish?

Pleeease help me in fixing this!!!

How old is she and when does she normally nap? I'd probably give an hour, do a bit later bedtime tonight and wake earlier tomorrow.

Wake her up at 7am every day

As pp said. Wake every morning between 7 - 730. I'm a mean mum though. I don't let her sleep past 730.

Hello all. I did as advised above and I had braced myself to have a rubbish day because DD would be so whiney and tired- and she was. It was a day from hell haha but she did nap for about 90mins in the day. Anyway, she fell asleep at 7.45 and I was over the moon. But she was up at 9pm and is still awake now. I AM AT A LOSS. She is wide awake, ready to play. I really really really miss my sleep. Surely this can't go on much longer???? Please help
