Hi, my LG sleeps in a grow bag currently with her arms in & the holes buttoned so she is swaddled. However, she is 4 months old & trying to roll during the day so can no longer be swaddled. I've tried her in a normal sleeping bag with her arms out but she will not settle, she's waking up every 20 minutes.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks?
