So my girl is 8.5 months and has been sleeping from 7m-7am(ish!) since about 10 weeks. - lucky I know!
However now, she wakes through the night 2/3am and stays awake fussing until 5/6am!!

Is this regression? Is it something I’ve done? Any tips on trying to get to sleep through the night again?!

Tia!
Love one exhausted mumma x

Sounds like the 8 month sleep regression 😣 my baby is coming up to 8 months in January and I'm dreading it as she has had every sleep regression going. I suppose I'm use to sleepless nights as it's rare she sleeps through without waking up. Recently she keeps waking at 2am and taking an hour to finally go back to sleep. That can mean i have to give a bottle to settle her or rock her for a while. In the end I sometimes have to leave her to cry as I've tried everything. I think she wants to come into our bed because if we have put her in she goes straight to sleep, no milk needed! There's a big separation anxiety phase right now as well which makes sleeping harder. They wake up and when you come to settle they don't want you to go! I currently can't leave the room without my baba crying 😅. I Just keep saying to myself.... it's not forever! Haha x
