Baby suddenly stopped sleeping in cot

Hi,

My 13 month old has always slept in her cot for naps and night time from 6 months old with no issues.

Two weeks ago she started refusing to go to sleep at night time in her cot and we have ended up co-sleeping which we have never done before and dont really want to start now.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get her back into the cot? Or experienced something similar?

Thanks

Hi @R1versmum, we're just giving your thread a bump in case anyone's around who can give you some advice.

Has she started walking or looking like she's about to? That massively impacts sleep. If that's the case, it's just one to ride out unfortunately. Hopefully shouldn't last too long.

@anonymouse she is about to start walking I think so maybe that is it!

@R1versmum hi Mom,

I'm currently going through this sleep regression. How did you cope and did anything help your little sleep in their cot? My boy refusing to sleep in my bed and his own cot. We never do slept . It's been a tiring week of rocking unsettled baby throughout the night.

Hi @SABDELLAHI from what i remember we had to kind of sleep train again. So we did some rocking & patting and some controlled crying. Only took a couple of days and she was back to sleeping in the cot. I hope that helps and things improve for you soon x

Is she in a sleeping bag?
