My 3YO has been waking in the night for months and months now. Wanting a cuddle, wanting tucking back in. It's exhausting us. She's added waking anywhere between 5&6 now too.

I could cry.

Any advice? Please 😭

Nope but same. I just posted on another thread about it. I'm exhausted! (So is my DD)

Have given up and accepted her back into bed. Wish she would sleep 'portait' and not 'landscape' tho Hmm

Mine is same! We gave Father Christmas her dummies a few weeks ago and ever since she’s been waking in the night crying for us and waking for the day at 6am with no naps throughout the day 😞 I don’t wanna take a step back and give her the dummy but also with our second baby due any day I would give anything for some sleep before it’s back to square one with baby no2! No advice for you but I feel your pain OP! SURELY they’ll stop waking soon!! SURELY! 😅

My dd only started consistently sleeping through around five. You can ride it out, it will be OK. My main piece of advice is try to avoid taking them into bed with you. Always bring them back to their own bed. In my opinion bed sharing just stores up more problems for further down the road.

Our 3 year old was waking in the night and we bought a grow clock which has been amazing as she now wakes up, knows it's night time and that she needs to go back to sleep. Doesn't work for everyone but it's been brilliant for us

Omg we're having the same problem...our little boy was 3 in July and has been a fab sleeper sleeping from 7-7...since around 8 weeks ago he's waking up multiple times screaming and we don't no what to do...last night he was every hour...some sleep nannies have told me it's the 3yr sleep regression and it's the last one but the hardest but this has been going on for weeks 😑xx

We have a gro clock, and she used to listen to it but now she's like 'I'm not tiredddddddd' at 5am and this morning I've had to leave her calling me until 6, when it goes yellow.

I feel awful but I'm a shitty version of myself when I'm tired 😫

When I say calling she is between playing with her bunny teddies and calling not like sat distressed.

She wants a big girl bed but I just can't imagine her sleeping if she had the freedom to get out 🙈! However I have read stories on the contrary.

My daughter slept a lot better once I put her in big bed. I can’t explain why. She did get out first few nights but we put that baby gate on her door. And after a week or so she was sleeping a lot better. Our daughter has taken a u turn since we’ve moved her into a different room. X
