Early waking since moving to own room

We moved our 13 month old to his own room this week and I'd say it's been pretty successful. He's gone down at 7.15pm for the last 4 nights and slept through til about 4/4.30 with no wakings.

We've been getting him up when he wakes at this time as he just doesn't seem to resettle, I think it's too close to morning and the crying just gets increasingly hysterical. However I'm pregnant with number 2 and have a disability so these early starts just can't continue and I don't want this to become his new routine. Any advice on how to handle it? We used the Ferber method when he was younger and within one night he was sleeping through (I know, so lucky). But I just honestly don't know how to approach him waking at this time in the morning. Does Ferber work for early morning wakings? Should we just get him up? Should we leave him til a reasonable hour regardless? Any advice appreciated

Current routine is first nap 9.15 til 10.15, second nap approx 2pm til 3pm, then bedtime just after 7. We've kept his naps at these usual times despite the early wakings as we didn't want nap times creeping earlier

Would he stay up until 8pm and go to bed a bit later ?
Is he hungry when he wakes ? If so, try giving supper.
