Night rolling

My LO is 5 months old and has now mastered the art of rolling from his back to his front in the blink of an eye but can't roll back onto his back. Because of his silent reflux we can't keep him on his stomach for long without being sick and he has never really cared much for tummy time and cries after a while to turn him back. We had 3 weeks of him sleeping solidly through the night which was bliss but the last week he wakes up at least 3 times during the night because he's rolled onto his stomach in his sleep and woken himself up and been sick.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how we can safely stop him rolling, especially when we are asleep and do not know he's rolled?

Hi @RHeavingham

I used to put a teddy next to my babies (I had one from Breathable Baby I think it was called) and I found it helped with the rolling - might be worth a try 😊

@RHeavingham similar to @Bubble54 our cot isn't big enough for him to do a full roll, only to his side so he ends up either sleeping on his side or back where he belongs Grin
