PLEASE HELP
My 5 month old has gone from a very good sleeper (except a 4 month regression which) to very short naps and waking up pretty much every 2-3 hours in the night and FIGHTING SLEEP.
I use to have a very good routine where he would go down easy at 7pm till 6am and only woke up to feed around 3am sometimes would sleep all the way through.
And he would take hour naps ect and be a generally happy baby
Now during the day he will only take short 15 min naps, get really over tired, cry and fuss pretty much all day and not settle down for bed till 10pm fully then still wake up crying every 2-3 hours and won't take a bottle either.
I'm trying everything I can to get him to nap and sleep longer, I feel like I'm doing this all wrong and it's killing me seeing him so unhappy I feel like im failing. Is this normal at this age, could he still be in a regression, should I bring his bedtime forward I don't know what to do!
