Hi all - new to Mumsnet and desperately seeking help (I have posted somewhere already but think I did it in the wrong place)

DS just turned 8 months and I had a really good routine working for him but for the last few weeks naps and sleep have gone all over the place! Currently waking at 4-6am (6am ok but not 4 or 5am!) and getting harder and harder to put down for naps. Routine has been:

7am - (used to wake) bottle
8ish - breakfast
9 - 10 nap (recently changed to 9.30-10)
10.30 - bottle
11.30-45 - lunch
12-2 - nap (anything from 1hr 20mins - 1.5 hours, very rarely 2 hours)
2.30 - bottle
4/4.30 - 15/20 minute power nap (trying to drop this)
5.30 - dinner
6.15 - bath
6.45 - bottle
7pm - bed

Last night he woke at 8.15pm and didn’t settle back until 9.45pm - woke at 7am but then would only nap for half an hour after lunch and then fell asleep again at 4! Clearly overtired now and rubbing eyes so trying to settle to sleep. Feel like I am in a viscous cycle of early wakings, nap refusal and overtiredness that I don’t know how to break! Trying to drop the 4pm power nap but can’t as he’s refusing to take his longer lunch nap and keeps falling asleep! Luckily, he seems still mainly happy and cheerful 😊

Please tell me where I am going wrong! Any comments/tips or suggestions would be much appreciated x x
