Six month old naps and sleep nightmare!

I’ve got a 2 years 9 month old DS and a 6 month old DS and I’m really struggling with DS 2 with his naps, bedtime and night feeding. He’s EBF and just started on small amounts of solids. Unfortunately I’ve never really established a proper routine for him - it’s basically he naps in the sling when he can due to having DS1 noisy and running around all day long. He is tired and hungry a couple of hours after waking up - he has a sleepy feed but inevitably is woken up by DS1 making noise (obvs not his fault as he’s a toddler). I’ve tried going out and walking around with DS1 in pram but he doesn’t seem to be able to drop off. If I was on my own with him I think he’d feed to sleep and maybe have a longer nap with me holding him as he has done this a couple of times at weekends etc. Then around 11am he drops to sleep in the sling and he might have an hours sleep but usually it’s 30 mins. Then around 3 the same again but often about 30 mins. Then he’s ready for bed at 5.45 every day. DH works 8.30- 6/7 and puts DS1 to bed when he comes in. Then I settle DS2 to sleep with a long BF but he wakes every hour all evening and will only settle with another feed. He’s up 2-3 times in the night and then up for the day at 6am. I’m at my wits end and completely exhausted with it all. Does anyone have any suggestions or is this normal for second DC? DS1 used to have 3 naps a day in the garden at this age and I used to feel like I had a break, now I’m just not getting any rest at all, help!
