4 & 5 year old won't sleep

We've recently had a new baby who isn't too bad at sleeping during the night but our 4 & 5 year olds are consistently waking up in the night and coming into our bed. We've tried a number of different things but nothing is stopping them from waking up! One is coming in saying she's scared and the other just says she doesn't like her room, we put them back in their beds but it's getting impossible to deal with all three of them in the night when there's only two of us.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Family bed. All in together.

Sounds like nighttime is busy in your house op 😁 could they go to bed later as a sort of emergency break to change this routine, It might mean they are knackered in the evening but it could mean a change in pattern during night time, at least to give you a temporary reprieve and break habits. The fear issue you could try night lights, comforters etc to the max. Or could they sleep in your bedroom but not in your bed if they absolutely have to come in. Perhaps a reward system if they stay in their own beds all night? Good luck. Hoping you get some sleep! X

Both kids in one room? Mine find it comforting. Could try a 'sleepover' for one night to see how it goes...

Same age gaps I have with my eldest 3 children.

Are the eldest two in the same room?
Are both at school?
What is their bedtime like? What time?

Thanks everyone. We put them in the same room together last night and they both slept through the night! Will give it another go tonight to check it wasn't just a coincidence
