Nap transition 3-2 help!

So I think my 7mo is ready to drop a nap - he used to be a great napped - doing 1.15-2 hour naps but now they have all gone down to 30 mins and he fights each one.

My concern of dropping his nap is that it’ll be a long stretch between last nap and bedtime

He’s also started waking early in the morning

This has all happened at the time of the clocks going back too

Any advice??

Bring bedtime forward abit and then every few days knock the time back until you hit your desired bedtime

It's only been 2 full nights since the clicks change, I wouldn't worry too much about it being a long term change, just a "blip".

If you have shorter naps, don't forget to reduce down wake windows (So an extra nap per day). Otherwise you get yourself into an over spiral, whereby bad sleep gets even worse. Early morning wakes is a sign of overtired, not under tired.
