Teaching 1 year old to go to sleep!

Hello, any advice appreciated! DD is 13 months old, we currently do her bedtime routine and then feed her and cuddle her to sleep in our bed, then transfer her to her cot as she is still in our room. I know we've left it later than we should've to let her fall asleep by herself but she's our first child and has had a few problems, so we've probably been more lenient than we should. We've been wanting to move her to her own room for a while, but first we need to break the cycle of her falling asleep with us in our bed, and start teaching her to go to sleep by herself
I think it's going to be more difficult to teach her now that it would've been 6 months ago, so I'm looking for any advice that may help.
She likes to jump, and stands up in her cot and jumps when she wakes up/we put her in her cot, so I don't know how we're going to do it.
Would like to avoid the cry it out method as much as possible.
If she wakes in the night, sometimes she'll stand up and jump for a bit then go back to sleep, but a lot of the time she cries and ends up in our bed. I'm not so bothered about this, but hoping teaching her to go to sleep by herself will help her go back to sleep more in the night.

TIA

No advice but keenly watching as my 10 MO still feeds to sleep and is currently lying curled up next to me.

I've also fallen into the trap of leaving it way too long. At 5 months I said one more month and then that would be it & it just carried on until now 🙃
