Hi all,
Quick one. If my son is moving and rubbing his eyes whilst "sleeping" is he actually asleep or is he awake with his eyes shut if that makes sense.
He's technically sleeping through but moving about a lot during periods of the night and I'm worried he's not getting restful sleep!
