4 month sleep regression causing fussiness?

Dd is 4 months and going through sleep regression. She is up every 2-3 hours in the night which we can cope with. The problem is she is really fussy and cranky in the day. Is this because of the sleep regression? And will it get better? I also think shes teething which isnt helping. I'm starting to struggle because it's hard when she fussed a lot in the day as it makes me feel I'm failing her as her mother. I also see all these other babies at group who just seem content all the time and I cant help comparing even though I know its not helping anything. When she is happy shes the smiliest loveliest little girl and melts my heart. She previously had a diagnosis of reflux and was on omeprazole although is now off this as she seemed to be over the reflux but I'm starting to think maybe this is back too. Sorry for going off on a tangent just I'm starting to feel quite low about it all. Thanks in advance

We are in the middle of 4mo regression too - I feel your pain!

DS is usually laid back and chilled but he's been a bit of a crank the past few weeks too. I think it's partly because he's more tired (shit naps due to regression) but also it coincides with Leap 4 (see wonder weeks app/website) which goes on for quite a while and is meant to be one of the most difficult developmental leaps they make. I'm definitely seeing a lot of Leap 4 moaning going on!

DS is also chewing everything, moaning and dribbling like mad. Pretty sure his teeth are moving about in his gums and hurting him. No sign one will erupt any time soon but I assume it must hurt a bit when they're getting all lined up!?
