Help?! This is my second so you think I'd know what I'm doing but still don't. She goes down about 8 as she is getting tired by then but then wakes up after 45 mins and thinks it's playtime and then bed at 10pm! What am I doing wrong? Is this another sleep regression? She has about 3 naps a day and try to make the latest one no later than 530 but then it's a struggle to keep her up, however she wakes up even though she is tired obviously. Any takers? Grin

This sounds entirely normal to me. Hopefully someone more eloquent will come along shortly.

Thanks @toomuchfaster she has just gone to bed now after a walk round the block. Losing the will to live but keeping me fit I guess 😂

My LO went through a phase of this, woke up 45mins after bedtime. She just stopped doing after a week or so.

They say that if LO wakes up after this time then lo is overtired 🤷🏼‍♀️

She has now been asleep all night and this has never happened 🤣
