Hi everyone,

I've got a 2 week old baby and a 2 year old toddler.
My 2 week old feeds every 2 hours (formula) so I'm hardly getting any sleep by the time I've winded and changed her. I then have to be up for my 2 year old.
My partner doesn't do any night feeds. I'm really struggling. Has anyone got any tips. I'm starting to feel really poorly.

Why isn’t your partner helping with the night feeds? Can’t he at least take the 2 year old in the mornings so you can sleep?

● Sleep alongside baby while toddler is napping at lunchtime. Prioritise this sleep time for yourself. If toddler isn't napping, enforce quiet time with a tablet and headphones lying on your bed, so you can still rest.

● Don't change baby's nappy unless there is poo. At night just wake > feed > resettle

● Don't worry about utilising duvet days, days staying in bed with them both and lots of TV use.
