Constantly awake

Hello

My 9 week old hardly sleeps during the day (and sometimes night). I try to get her to sleep after every feed but she is awake 6+ hours at a stretch. Today is the worst as she is now awake for pretty much 12 hours with just 2x 10 minutes naps. She falls asleep every now and then but wakes up after a few minutes and no matter what I do (carrying her around, singing to her, tummy time, rocking,...) She will not fall asleep. She must be tired as she keeps yawning and being moody/crying but as soon as her eyes are rolling she forces them back open. Is anyone else experiencing this? I am lost at what to do as I'm sure they're not supposed to be awake all the time at that age? In addition to this I don't get anything done. I tried baby wearing but I get hot and even though I can walk around I'm still restricted in movement i.e. bending down cleaning etc.
Any help is very much appreciated.

At 9 weeks old, try swaddling and add a dummy and some swaying.

The swaddle reduces external stimulation to help calm baby. It also controls the startle reflex so baby doesn't wake up so easily.

Sucking is nature's way to calm and relax - dummy helps with this.

Swaying motion is reminiscent of being in the womb.
