Ds is 9 months and while he’s never been brilliant at sleeping it’s now tipped over into terrible!

Yesterday he slept for forty minutes in the morning (11-1140) and an hour in the afternoon (4-5.) It took me until 9pm to get him to bed then he was up at half eleven, refused to go back in his cot. I fell asleep with him at around 1230, then he woke at 315. OH took him and he went back to sleep at 430. Then woke at 6.

I have a feeling he’ll crash at nursery. Any advice? Should they just let him sleep or not? It’s a bit hellish!

I know … just wondering if I should ask them to keep an eye and not let him sleep for hours on end or if that would be counter productive.

I wish I knew what I was doing wrong! Sad I’m shattered!
