Hi wondering if anyone can help. LO is 13mnths for the past few weeks she has been sleeping amazing we have her in routine of tea bath bed for 6-6:15 it’s took a few month to get go to sleep by herself which she was doing no problem at all maybe waking once during the night if that. All of a sudden she just won’t settle herself or if she does she is waking up every 3hrs wanting a cuddle even though she is still shattered. It is the same tonight she is tired but fighting it she keeps nodding off then waking up 2mins later crying. Not sure what else to do as if I pick her up she will rest her head on me to go to sleep but I don’t want her to go back to relying on me to get her to sleep.
