Sleeping bags and cot v duvets and toddler bed

Just that really...

Recently turned 3 DD still has a sleeping bag and sleeps in a cot (it's big and long so no small bassinet!). Sleeps 7pm to 7am. Odd wake up occasionally.

But I'm wondering when to transition to a toddler bed and a duvet?

Keep thinking she's too old now for cot and sleeping bag??

Also she won't go to sleep without a quick breastfeed. That's the only breastfeed she has if the day.

Should I be moving on from all these things?

She sleeps well otherwise.

Where are you with toilet training?
My ds went into a bed with duvet at 2½ years about the same time he stopped wearing a nappy overnight. We wanted to make it easier for him to get to the toilet during the night.

There's no rush at all.

The only limiting factor in cot use is night time toilet training. My children were still in pull ups overnight until around 5th birthday.
