Hi

Would love some advice from other mums please! My little one has just turned 9 months and for the past couple of weeks he has been really bad at night and fighting naps, I know they go through a regression at this stage and he's also teething and started crawling so I am putting all of this into consideration ! But what are others schedules ? Sleep and eating? As ours seems to have gone out the window ,his awake time is never the same so seems to want to nap at different times , some naps start early so he has to have three and other days he fights the third one, I'm returning to work soon and he goes to nursery and I'm really worried about eveything as I love a routine and ours has just vanished! Is it just his age? Do I just need to be consistent and keep going?

At 9 months and assuming baby can nap for longer than 90 minutes in one go, I'd be on 2-nap days with a 234 schedule.

This is the 234 sceduld is a generally recognised way to work out when babys naps will be. It works along the lines of:

2h awake time from waking until AM nap
3h awake time between AM and PM nap
4h awake time between PM nap and bedtime.
