Is this normal/ok sleep for a 12 week old?

My DS has sort of settled himself (for now!) into the following sleep pattern over 24 hours:

7am wake
8:30 nap for 30 mins
10:30 nap for 2-3 hours
Then 4 or 5 more 30 min naps until he falls asleep for the night around 9pm
He then wakes either once or twice in the night for a quick feed then back down

I would like his bedtime to be slightly earlier if possible but I’m following his lead for now and he doesn’t seem ready for bed until 9 o’clock.

Does this seem ok? Would reducing the long daytime nap naturally mean be brought his own bedtime forward? He was sleeping 10pm - 6am consistently until recently but that’s stopped for now although I know night waking at his age is normal so I’m not trying to change that.

Why don't you try waking him a little earlier in the morning then it will have a knock on effect for his subsequent naps and bedtime?

I would bring that 3rd nap much earlier - about 2h after waking from long nap. So if waking 12.30-1.30 - then nap 2.30-3.30 for 30-45 mins.

Then bedtime at next sleep.

That sounds fairly standard to me for 3 months. My dd was 5 months old before she was in a more regular routine and I could get her to bed at 7.
