Hi there just needing some advice really, DS is 4.5 months now and used to nap in crib so well lengthy naps at a time so fuss at all! Until we went on holiday for a week and at the same time he definitely went through the 4 month regression, now we're back home ans he screams every time I try get him into his bed for a nap!
Today he cried in and off for an hour for 15 mins of sleep? He's absolutely shattered but he just won't sleep 😩

Following as we are having the same trying to put 4 1/2 month old down at night, so bed time has got later and later. Been for around a week so far and he is also teething so not sure if it's sleep regression or a combination of things.

Has it got any better @slipperq12 and @2021NewMumma?

Baby's sleep does change perminanly at the end of the fourth trimester, so it is a massive thing to deal with.

@FATEdestiny yes i can definitely see it's got better (hoping it continues). Sometimes it can still be difficult to get him settled down initially but sleeping through the night bar one or two feeds 😊

I am going through this with my DD, she is my second so you think I'd know what to do by now but I'm still clueless. Daytime naps are ok but in the evenings I can't get her to sleep without driving her round in the car, and then she wakes up as soon as we get home. I'm exhausted ConfusedGrin
