Is baby still tired.

If a baby wakes up and they are rubbing their eyes are they still tired? Do you encourage more sleep 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Not necessarily - don't you ever rub your eyes as part 9fstretchibg when waking up? I know I do.

Having said that, with the exception of the last nap before bedtime, I always encourage more/longer sleep when baby first stirs awake.
