11month old stirs every 2 hours

Hi all

Up until maybe 2 weeks ago, my 11month old has been sleeping 8pm-5/6am straight, having a quick bottle and then back down until 7/8am. It was bliss. However, she has now started waking numerous times during the night albeit for only 10seconds or so at a time, basically until I pop her dummy back in and she wakes between 5-6am for a bottle but now will not go back to sleep. We don't use a dummy to go to sleep at bedtime and we didn't really use it much except to trigger sleep for naps so I don't think she is reliant on it, and we are able to put her down awake and leave the room and she's asleep in 5-10minutes, this we achieved without any sleep training.
She has always been a fantastic napper and we currently do awake windows of 3/3.5/3.75 so bed time has gotten earlier so not sure if we are now in a vicious cycle?
The constant broken sleep is killing me. Is this a common phase like a leap or am I doing something wrong??

Thanks in advance xx
