Help, 12 month old night waking

My baby that used to sleep through the night 95% of the time has started waking through the night and this has been going on for about a month so I know not teething or something like that.
We did a gentle sleep training at 7 months and she can self settle.
She is waking between 1.30-3.30 and once awake isn't going back to sleep for 1-2 hours.
She was ill with cold, Covid and then a stomach bug in July which resulted in more night wakings and some night feeds to prevent dehydration so I'm thinking has it now become habit ? When she wakes I've been giving her a small amount of milk but it doesn't seem to be helping much.
I am now back at work 3 days a week and I'm finding it really hard to be awake for a couple of hours in the night when I've got work the next day.
Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Thank you

How are her naps? My 1 year old still needs a lot of day sleep. If he doesn't get it, he wakes in the middle of the night, ready for the day! Apparently, this is called split night and happens when babies go to sleep overtired. They basically think they're going for a nap so wake up and are raring to go in the middle of the night.
