5month old suddenly won’t sleep in cot

My baby is 5 months old - was a great sleeper for a while! Would come to bed with us at 11pm (late I know-but suits us) she was sleeping through from 9weeks until 4 months - then she started waking once / maybe twice a night - was fed and went straight Back in cot to sleep no problem

Now the last two weeks she’s waking hourly and the only way we are managing to get any sleep is me and her co sleeping and husband is in spare room!

I want her back in her cot! Any suggestions for what we can do?

To be fair we are staying with my parents the past 6 weeks so there hasn’t been any sort of routine as we’ve been on holiday and it’s a busy house so not very relaxing !
we go home tomorrow so can start trying to crack this and get her back in her cot / possibly in bed a little earlier !!

What's baby's daytime sleep routine like?

Over tiredness from not enough daytime sleep can lead to unsettled nights.

Also the method you use for getting baby to sleep becomes relevant. If baby isn't used to going to sleep in the cot then staying asleep in there is harder.
