Baby skin feels warm then cold then warm

Hi I'm just wondering does this happen to anyone elses baby, when my DS is sleeping at night I will feel his chest belly and back of neck and he could feel really cold , then I will go get him a vest to put under his baby grow and when I get back he feels warm again, this goes on all night one minute he feels freezing the next minute he feels like a perfect temperature, our room is warm with a fan going at the other side of the room not facing him and he just sleeps in a sleep suit and folded cellular blanket, im not really sure what to do

There isn't a need to change baby's clothes throughout the night as the temperature fluctuates. Dress baby for the warmest temperature it's likely to be. It's rare to get a baby not sleeping due to being cold (its usually too hot).

Try to not worry.

I'd stop checking his temperature. It doesn't like he's over bundled so over heating isn't an issue. If he's too cold to sleep then he'll let you know.
