Sleep and nursery

Hello
My 8 months old has been at nursery for about 2 months and she's doing great there
She sleeps about 30 minutes in the morning and anything between 1 and 2 hours in the afternoon.

So sometimes she's light on sleep for sure. I have a question regarding her schedule.
Her afternoon nap is between 1-3pm so by the time I pick her up at nursery at 5:30pm she's shattered.

She usually has a power nap of about 20min and then is asleep by 7:30pm.

She has started to wake up super early though - 5:45am.

I have been reading up loads and now I am very confused. Should I drop the power nap and move her bedtime down to say 6:45pm or should i keep the nap and move her bedtime up to say 8pm?

Any advice / experience to share will be so appreciated

I would cut the power nap and do an earlier bed time for sure. We did this with our little girl she's now 14 months it's like she was dying for bed by 5ish but we stretched her to 6 (she used to go at 7.30/8 but without that nap 6 worked for her she then slept 6-6 basically every night! Now she sleeps abit later so usually in bed by 6.30 and asleep by 7, just a case of jiggling nap times about but I wouldn't do later! Hope this helps

I'd drop the power nap and get her down a bit earlier, DD went to bed at 6.30 around that age
