White noise for babies

Just a question for anyone using white noise…

Is it safe to keep on all night at a low level?

Would you also use it for daytime naps?

And finally, how close do you put it to your baby’s cot?

Thanks! ☺️

We used white noise with both babies, so much so now I can't sleep without it lol! It's fine for them, we just have the machines on in their rooms. If it helps. Do it! Smile

We have it on all night and use it for all naps, helps keep our sleep routine. We actually have it on in our room now to sleep 😂

Like PPs I also can’t sleep without white noise now 😂 I leave it on all night and for naps! DD is 14 months and been using it since she was 4 months.

I also love it 😂
Use it for naps and all night.
We have a machine and just put it on his drawers.
It shouldn't be right close to them

I would be concerned about tinnitus in later life, personally.
[I have kids and grandkids].

We don't have it blasting out lol!

I use it for naps and all night. I keep it about 6 feet away from the crib and on the floor. Don't have it blasting that loud, more like a low rumble.
