Crippling tiredness

Hi all
Can anyone tell me their experiences of extreme fatigue in the two weeks post ovulation? I have been tracking my periods for a while now and have finally found a pattern to my exhaustion. From ovulation onwards, every month, I experience tiredness that genuinely affects my life. I feel like I can barely get through the day. I have broken sleep as I have a two year old but I am noticeably fine in the first two weeks of my monthly cycle and awful in the latter phase.

I am an active person who goes to the gym 4-5 times a week, 10,000 steps a day an I eat minimum 5 portions of fruit and veg per day and I still feel this way. It’s really getting to me and I am conscious that I sound dramatic but this actually does affect my mood and quality of life.

Has anyone got experience of this?
