Hi everyone. I don’t have high expectations for my 11 week old’s sleep but for the past few nights it’s been worse than ever. We co sleep and I put him down around 9 and he sleeps well until around 11.30 and from then wakes literally every 10 minutes. If I put my hand on him he doesn’t wake properly but if I just leave him he wriggles around until he properly wakes up. Means I find it so hard to sleep cos I know that he will wake me up soon. Last night he wouldn’t even sleep next to me and only on my chest from around 4.

Any advice at all? Thank you x

If you are in the UK the last few nights have been warm. In warm weather lots of people regardless of age don't sleep well.

Yeah that did occur to me that it could be the heat- thank you.

He might settle better when sucking, it's natures way to calm baby.

Have you given baby a dummy?
