How to get LO to have cot naps

Hi everyone!
So as the title says. How do you get your little ones to have cot naps. My little girl currently sleeps in her pram every time (she's 5 months) but I'd really like to get her in her cot so I can actually get some things done in the house.

Any tips or advice much appreciated! 🥰

Put her down in cot for one nap a day and gradually build it up till it’s all of her naps.
Does she spend time in her room so she’s familiar with it

Gradually reduce the amount of movement needed in the pram. Start with stopping the pram moving once asleep. Then make the movement needed when first putting to sleep less and less until you get to the point where you put baby down in the pram but dont need to jiggle the pram for sleep, baby just goes to sleep (usually, anyway).

Once used to static sleep, then shift one nap (first nap of the day is easiest) to the cot but keep the others in the pram. Then move the second nap to the cot too. I'd keep the third nap in the pram until it's dropped, because this nap is always hardest. Once dropped to 2 naps, they are then both in the cot.
