3 year sleep regression, ADHD or Autism?

Our eldest child has ASD and ADHD and has always struggled with sleeping. Our three year old (third child) has recently started having sleep issues as well. She doesn't nap during the day any more and if she does it takes her ages to fall asleep at night. She will now no longer go to sleep after her bedtime routine and instead will keep getting out of bed and we're constantly having to keep putting her back in and this can go on until 10.30pm some nights. She is then waking early in the morning and not going back to sleep - it's 5.30am now, she's been awake since 4.50am, I keep getting up to put her back into her bed but I can hear her awake in her room. She's become defiant during the day and pushing boundaries, probably partly because she's tired. Our worry is obviously if she's showing ASD/ADHD like our eldest, or whether it's some form of sleep regression?

I think you are probably right to suspect ADHD/ASD. It certainly sounds worth investigating.

Have you spoken to the GP yet? Thanks
