Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop my 3 month old wriggling all night in his crib?!
Or reasons why he does it?
He has one feed in the night around 5am and he is burped for a while.
Before this feed is where he wriggles the most.
I change his nappy in the night to make sure its not that. But still continues to wriggle! X

A swaddle may help. As may a dummy.

But the main reason is he's in a light sleep and not getting into a deep sleep. It could be hunger causing this. If he settles much more easily after the feed, this is most likely the reason. Try feeding sooner.
